Function: Under the supervision of the Senior Services Director, coordinates the Alzheimer’s Day Care Resource Center (ADCRC) Best Care Initiative funded by the California Community Foundation, including client based activity analysis, care plan evaluation, coordination of data, staff training, caregiver interviews in home, and special functions, as needed.
