The Rider Relief Transportation Program (RRTP) provides fare subsidy coupons and tokens to eligible MTA, Long Beach Transit, Montebello bus lines, Norwalk Transit and Foothill Transit bus riders who purchase daily, weekly, or monthly passes. Eligible participants include adults, K-12 and college/vocational students, senior citizens, and the disabled.

RRTP subsidy coupons are available to Los Angeles County residents whose household income levels meet the following criteria:

To apply for RRTP, please mail a completed and signed application, along
with a copy of proof of income (please see below for a list of acceptable
documents) to:

Bell Gardens, CA 90201

 Proof of income documents include one (1) copy of:
1) Pay check stub; or
2) Public benefits statement or card; or
3) Lifeline gas, light, or telephone bill.
