CalFresh Healthy Living
The CalFresh Healthy Living program, formerly known as Champions for Change is a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed) that provides educational workshops about healthy eating, food and beverage recipes, physical activity and grocery shopping tips.
At Human Services Association (HSA), we collaborate with community partners to create healthier environments for low-income individuals and families in Southeast Los Angeles cities: Bell Gardens, Cudahy, Downey, Huntington Park, Maywood, South Gate and other surrounding cities (HSA CalFresh Healthy Living Flyer).
For CalFresh information, call 1-877-847-3663. Funded by USDA SNAP-Ed, an equal opportunity provider and employer. Visit http://calfresh.dss.ca.gov/healthyliving/Eating-Healthy for healthy tips!
