CalFresh Healthy Living
The CalFresh Healthy Living program, formerly known as Champions for Change, is a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed) that provides educational workshops focused on healthy eating, food and beverage recipes, physical activity, and grocery shopping tips (HSA CalFresh Healthy Living Flyer).
At Human Services Association (HSA), we collaborate with community partners to create healthier environments for low-income individuals and families in Southeast Los Angeles cities including Bell Gardens, Cudahy, Downey, Huntington Park, Maywood, South Gate and other surrounding cities.
For more information on the CalFresh program, call 1-877-847-3663. This program is funded by USDA SNAP-Ed, an equal opportunity provider and employer.
