Supportive Services Program
The Supportive Services Program (SSP) helps elders obtain services that enable them to safely remain at home with a measure of independence and dignity.
SSP services include:
- Ongoing Care Management
- Client Advocacy
- Service Coordination
- Referrals and Resources
To be considered eligible for SSP, clients must be:
- 60 years or older
- Experiencing difficulty with daily living activities
- Willing to participate in Care Management
This program is offered for the following cities: Artesia, Bell, Bell Gardens, Bellflower, Cerritos, Commerce, Cudahy, Downey, Hawaiian Gardens, Hollydale, Huntington Park, Lakewood, Lynwood, Maywood, Norwalk, Paramount, South Gate, Studebaker, Walnut Park, and all of Supervisory District 1.
