HSA Receives $30,000 Grant from Vernon CommUNITY Fund to Support Care Management Services

We would like to send our gratitude to the Vernon CommUNITY Fund for their generous donation to support our senior services programming! These funds will be used for our Care Management Supportive Services Program, which includes individua client assessment, client advocacy, resource and referral coordination, and ongoing care management.
